DadDriver cannot find device - Digital Audio Denmark & Penta Support

I am able to see my dadcore through dante / dadman when it’s connected to ethernet, but I have been unable to address it through thunderbolt – it will not show up as an audio device on my mac, or on the dropdown menu. It was working perfectly for 1 month, but suddenly failed. I have tried multiple thunderbolt cables…
