Forums › DADman › DADman Control Software › Thundercore Driver – Sample Rate Lock
Heya!
I can’t figure out why this happens – but every so often, MacOS will change the samplerate in Thundercore with general system sound/core audio playback to 44.1
My MTRX studio is hard set to internal 48K, so when this happens, audio from thunderbolt source will show in DADman, but i wont hear it until i re-open the DAD Driver Setup and flip the rate back to 48K.
It would be amazing if there was a ‘lock’ checkbox in the DAD Driver Setup – so MacOS can’t override what I set this to.
Or, is there a pref file I could set to read-only so it can’t change?
Cheers,
Neil
Hey Neil,
In the Sync Tab what is the “Adapt to” set to ?
“Internal”.
The MTRX is the primary 48K clock of the studio – for ProTools, DANTE, all the things.
