If you use DADman with an MTRX or MTRX Studio then please contact Avid tech support.
If you use DADman with a DAD product, then please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of Device List from DADman. Make sure you have selected (check-marked) the unit in the Device list so all cards, firmware versions, etc. are shown.
